Thai Stretch looks at the body as a whole, to create movement, mobility and reconnect neural pathways from the brain to impact all the systems in the body. Just one session will produce deep and fast relaxation, increase body circulation, decrease tensions & stress, reduce body aches, headaches, migraines and back pain, and improve digestion.
Kaysee, trained in Osteothai by Kelly Scott of Dragonfly Thai, skillfully combines Northern Dynamic Thai and Western Osteopathic techniques.
The 2-Hour Thai-Fecta, is a unique blend of therapeutic practices designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
This session begins with 1.5 hours of Thai Stretch, infused with the gentle energy of Reiki, to open your energy channels, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Following this, you’ll experience 15 minutes of Somatic Emotional Release, where we’ll guide you in releasing stored emotions and reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. Finally, unwind in a 15-minute Sound Bath Savasana, allowing the soothing vibrations to harmonize your energy and seal in the benefits of your session.
Our Thai Stretch session combines rhythmic rocking, acupressure, compression, assisted stretching, and joint mobilization to open all energy channels in your body. These techniques work together to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance.
